The Total War Attila English Language files CODEX is a seven-zip file that is intended for those who want to play the game without any foreign language files. In order for this to work, you will need all of the other required releases and patches available on this site. The Total War Attila patch v1.3 and 1.33 are intended for those with either a previous version of Attila installed and working or users desiring to update from the previous version (1.2) to this new release (1.3 or 1.33). Note: This patch (1.33) will only update to 1.31 and not the newer versions 1.32 and 1.34! Players that have the game installed by way of a previous release do not need to use this release as it will be updated by Steam and/or other digital distribution services already installed on your computer by the user. If you do not have the game installed by any means, you will need to use this patch as many of the files will be missing (or present as unknown) and these files must be included in order for the game to work correctly. The English Language Files release package was created due to the requirement that all of the mods required for gameplay needs for this version of Attila to work were not released and because many users desired this. Although it is a port, all of the necessary files are included though no one can assure that everything is always available or working properly because there are so many different circumstances surrounding each player's installation method and where their actual files may reside on their computer. Soundtrack Files (Downloads). These files will play without requiring Attila to be installed. If you want to listen to the music while playing with Attila, you must install Attila first before using these soundtrack files. The only exception to this is the DLC Music Files which can be played with Attila even if it is not installed.
